I am sure you have heard of me as I have been keeping Yolande very busy over the past couple of weeks, and I am sure I have come up in a couple of your internal discussions.

I am also sure that you are very aware of this already, but I felt that it was necessary to put this on record and I sincerely hope that this email will reach your executive management.

The past few weeks have been very tedious in trying to secure a solar deal through Hohm. By no fault of any of the staff employed at Hohm, but by the MFC finance process.

However, I must say that you have an absolutely exemplary employee in Yolande. She has consistently gone above and beyond what is expected of her, and in all honesty I have not really made it easy for her, but she has been engaged and willing to assist at every turn.

Yolande responded timeously and really made me feel like I was the only client that Hohm has and treated me as a VIP! She really fought hard for me and I want to make it known how much I appreciate that.

We managed to finalise the deal today and all that is left now is to get the actual system installed, which I am sure that Yolande will make sure that this process can be as seamless as possible (even though it is not her department)!

I am very grateful to Yolande for her amazing assistance and her absolute resolve to get this deal done. She doesn't take no for an answer. There were a few times where I was very close to cancelling the entire deal, but through Yolandes excellent service she managed to keep me on and get us over the finish line.

I believe that she is a real asset to your business and she deserves recognition.
