Exceptional dedication to customer service. With solar being in such a high demand given the energy crisis we face in South Africa, the process was certainly not without frustration to get installed but I think it’s really worth while mentioning that the Hohm team does an exceptional job with customer service as I always had responses and commitments to get feedback and make sure I am happy as a customer. I can only imagine that there is 10,000 customers who all want their solar installed last year already, but the Hohm team is really good with customer service and delivering as promised. I am so happy with my system and the journey this has been. Thank you to all at Hohm! This has definitely been worthwhile and so worth every penny! THANK YOU!
