Lack of customer care, persistent problem

Review Hodshead Douglasdale: NO MERLOT - I am a frequent customer of Hogshead Douglasdale but after my last 2 visits I need to take my patronage to another venue. No Merlot, spoke to manager and said problem was the ordering problem at head office. I suggested that he go to P&P across the road to buy some, just laughter. 3 weeks later same problem and same explanation. Not acceptable, ruins my afternoon.
