Cash Paid for Job never done

Call me an idiot for paying upfront for a service when requested to by this waterproofing ***** .He asked me for a upfront payment to buy materials .The materials and the labour that was paid never materialised .He disappeared with my cash and wont accept my calls .Be very careful and very weary of this ****** .He apparently does insurance work for Absa Bank Don't be fooled
