WORST customer service EVER!!

The WORST customer service I have EVER experienced. Purchased a washing machine PC board from Hoffmans, had a tech install it which confirmed that the PC board was not working. Took it back to Hoffmans to be greeted with a BAD attitude from NOMSA in spares from the get-go. She handed the PC board to a tech without me knowing about this, thereafter the tech called me to show me that the PC board is now miraculously working. I said that I did not see it go into a machine so how do I know that it was not switched whereby I had NOMSA scream at me whilst attending to another customer. Nowhere on their slip or what I could see in-store does it state that there are NO REFUNDS and in the meantime I purchased a brand new machine, so I am sitting with a PC board that I cannot get my money back for. Whilst leaving the store I had NOMSA screaming at me in her language which I don't understand and in front of other customers - How are employees allowed to treat PAYING customers like this?! I will NEVER in my life recommend this store to anyone if you get treated worst than a dog!!!!!!
