Bad service Hoffmans Brakpan

Worst company to deal with. I called for parts, they confirmed that they have parts on Defy stove. Drove all the way here to find they have no stock.

No friendly staff and their systems does not correspond with actual stock. Did not even offer a solution or ask for my number for a solution to their *********** staff and system.
