POOR CUSTOMER SERVICES

I have recently called Hoffman's General Dealer in Brakpan and I was so shocked about their customer service is so terrible. The assistance there they are so inferior and rude.

They speak anyhow with customers and they are not helpful at all. I don't know how they could have such people work for them honestly.

I am so disappointed with their services more especially the lady I spoke to by the name of Nomsa who doesn't have a surname, who literally drop the phone on my ear and I them call back again ooooh yes the lady was so corky is she is doing me a favour.

I'm not impressed with their customer services at all.
