Old washing machine

I went and bought a new washing machine from them, defy brand. The first time the machine got delivered it had a small. Whole at the top corner meaning it broke I dnt knw maybe during loading, so then I took it back. They gave me another machine bt this time the problem was the machine was not draining water and the technician came and tried to fix it bt still the machine was not working properly. Then lockdown came and we had to wait. Now that they open I went n I told them can they give me a brand new machine because the one they gave me is not and I ddnt pay for that.... Till today I'm still waiting for my machine and when I go they I have to wait for an hour while they busy on the phone. All I want is my money back I dnt want their machine any more.
