Hoffmans poor customer service(+***)

I ordered an LG washing machine Pressor switch on the 10th of February 2024,and this company told me that they have ordered the part from the supplier, a week later they called me to tell me that my part has arrived, when I went to collect they told me it's not in their system, ever since then I only received one call from Linda, but no part has been issued to me. Today I called again, only to get the news that the one who was handling my matter has resigned. Can you please assist me to deal with this shops unprofessional conduct.
