Hoffmans Brakpan

Took my Washing in for the Spin to be fixed on the 5th March 2021. Today 11 days later they are STILL waiting for a Part. SPIN BRAKE. After several calls they could only find my Job NR.. It wasn't on the system. So Yesterday was the 2nd Tuesday Defy Delivered Parts and once AGAIN the part is not there. Maybe next week the Lady told me. This is really uneceptable Service and no Feedback from them. I have to go in twice a week or phone them.. I've got a Chronic Illness and now have to pay a Lady doing my Washing once a week. Never expected this Tipe of Service from Hoffmans as I buy all my Appliances there.. But never will I take anything there for Repair again. So Disgusted with this..
