Hoffman's Brakpan Bad Customer Service

We gave in our stove in December for repairs at Hoffmans.Yes we know that businesses is closing its December but if you tell the customer we keep you updated thats what we suspect than.But No at Hoffmans you get treated like *******ed. Its like they dont need your money.The staff is rude and the owener is not really an example. He is rude and dont know how to treat a customer bad attitude and cheaky with clients evan with the ones thats shopping on the floor self.I will never refer any customer to them ,,rather to some body else .The owener treat us like ******* our stofe was repair for what we want but after that other items was broken when we fetched it, end of January. They dont came back like they said they will, we had to phone numerous times to found out whats going on with the stove.They dont evan clean it before they gave it back to us.After we complained at the door about the stuff thats broken they wane repair it because they broke it!!!!
