Hoffmans Applicance - NO CLIENT SERVICE

Hoffmans Applicances. Keeping they cost low, but the service is not great. Took my washing machine in by Hoffmans on the 09.10.2018. They advice that my mother board of my washing machine are damages, and it will take 10 to 15 days to receive it. It is now the 06.11.2018, and still not repair. As per the manager, they said they keeping the cost low, but what does it help to keep the cost low, and NO customer service.
