We took our car in for a damaged bumper, Hofbro evaluated the vehicle and everything was fine. After they repaired the car, on the day of collection there was a huge crack on the windshield that was never there, the evaluator then went back to look at documents then came back and said yes it wasn't there, this crack happened while they baking the car. We then received a paper from Hofbro with a warranty stating that someone would come to our house to fix the windscreen.

It's been 3 weeks now and management does not want to take any responsibility yet all their employees that we've spoken to have said and are saying that Hofbro is at fault and they need to fix it, it's not us or our insurance.

The crack keeps getting worse and HOFBRO MANAGEMENT is not taking our calls instead they keep sending receptionists to tell us that they are in a meeting and they do not fix windshields.
