Very Rude Old Man

I had my vehicle repaired through my insurance at Hofbro Auto. After collection I noticed my my vehicles battery wasn't charging and running flat. The next morning I went back to Hofbro to sort out the problem. The workshop manager was a lot of help, but when he discussed it with the owner he was not interested. I requested then to talk to the owner myself where I was met with rudeness and a attitude from the get go, he didn't even care if I made a complaint with my insurance about him. This was really like a old man talking to a child. I got so upset I just walked out of his office without listen finished to get away from him. Bottom line line is the staff and service the give is good, but just because of the owners attitude never again and will also never recommend the to anyone. That old man owner just wants your money and afterwards just doesn't care how he treats you or speaks to you.
