Satisfied Customer

Whilst I have an idle moment in my hectic life, my gratitude seems fitting being a Friday too. I have posted a previous report of complaint, Admittedly I went to Hofbro with animosity on my first visit and my prepared speech to mouth off. BUT I was pleasantly surprised upon visiting the repair facility, friendly staff took the winds out of my sails. I have been receiving regular updates, photograph of progress and an invitation to visit and view progress made to date on my vehicle earlier today. My misfortune happened to be that parts were required to be imported due to the non-availability in RSA. I received regular mails regarding the importation thereof too. I for one shall at any time entrust my vehicle to them again (said with a tap on the wooden desk)<br> <br> I am extending a sincere thank you to Theresa and the Hofbro team.
