Old parts
I took my car for repairs and after few days i called them to keep my old parts but i was told that they have already disposed it, why do you dispose something without consulting with the customer first? i needed those parts because some of them were still in better condition.

Unfortunately we cannot keep damaged parts, all old parts get discarded as we have no further use for them. The onus is on the owner of the vehicle to request for the spares to be kept when the vehicle is booked in.
We confirmed with the workshop and the spares for your vehicle is still on site and will be kept for you.
