DAMAGE TO VEHICLE

Extremely shocking service! I took my car in for minor repairs which took an entire month to complete, I had to call in repeatedly to ask for feedback because I received no responses to my emails. My boot was damaged in the process and I was **** to and told it was due to wear and tear but there was nothing wrong with the boot when the car was brought in.
