Bad Service by Hofbro

1. My car had an accident, amongst other things, the front bumper needed to be replaced. They replaced the bumper. however, this bumper is **** such that the badge does not fit. Now the repairer refuse to resolve this saying the insurer should approve another bumper. Why did they order a bumper and badge that would not fit? Now they say I must ask the insurance to approve for another bumper.<br> <br> 2. Some electronic work had to be done, the engine light was off when I handed in the car, but when they return the car the light was on, and Hofbro refuse to attend to it. Rabiya from Hofbro told me it was a minor issue, but they should resolve it.<br> <br> 3. After the first paint work did not work, my car was schedule to go for another painting in January 2015, it has now been scheduled to be repainted on the May 2015. This turnaround time is terrible to say the least. To this day, they still say my car had different colours even though the old parts prove otherwise, I kept the old parts.<br> <br> Repairers should be helping solve problem. Hence, I do not expect to have more problems than solutions after having brought your vehicle to a repair who should be applying expert knowledge.<br>
