Bad Service
Good Day<br> <br> I took my car for repairs at Hofbro autobody and on collection i picked up that my fog lights are not working and after several attempts for them to repair it , they gave me a bad and rasist attitude saying i must take my car somewhere else for repairs hence my insurance paid them almost R40 000 for the repaires of my car, i will definately not refer aqnybody to that panel beater.<br> <br> Kind Regards<br> <br> Emmanuel

It came to us as a quite a shock to receive a complaint of this nature 6 months after you met with the assessor who agreed that the repairs were carried out satisfactorily. As you, the insurance and assessing company were made well aware of, the problem with your vehicle initially arose due to the poor and substandard previous repair work done, which made our task of repairing your vehicle to your satisfaction impossible. In dealing with this situation we felt that we went out of our way which we try do for all our customers as did the assessing and insurance companies in this regard. According to the last communication you had an appointment to bring your vehicle in on the 31st of August 2015 for us to have a look at the foglight. You failed to keep your appointment and we have not had any communication from you since then. Your frivolous and baseless accusation of our company having a ****** attitude we deny in the strongest terms possible. We have always aspired to provide all our clients with the best possible service regardless of race or religion as proven in the last 54 years of our existence!! Please still feel free to contact us at any time so that we can try assist you.
