Monument Park High School (not a good school)

I would like to know if there are any further steps I can take regarding the above-mentioned school. My kids were there for most of their education grades and still to date I am not happy with this school. I have taken them out and currently at another school. Since the previous principal left ( Mr. Jankies ) the school went down as in not slowly but fast. My kids are doing so much better at their new school and I would have loved to see what they could have achieved if they were taught better at that school. They have wasted my kids years since they have been there I have asked many times for a meeting with the school principal but nothing came of it. I would like to know if I can take them to court. Many other kids are there and I as a parent ( I am so upset that they completely affected my kids in their lives and want them to pay for it this is my kid's future. Please if you can get me insight on how I can start taking this matter further. My Kids told me every single day that some teachers walked out of the class and refuse to teach the kids. This was unacceptable and we asked to see the principal. I could not believe how well my kids started doing when their current teachers at their new school gave a little attention they started doing so well in school. I would really like to take this further. Teachers used to scream at the kids and also there was a video floating around how some teachers walked out of the class or scream rudely at the kids.
