Disaterous leadership skills

My experience in Hoerskool Die Burger is as follows: I can personally say that the school has failed the education system, the history teacher sits on her phone all day, doesn't teach and when it comes to our exams we know nothing and fail. She threatened to deregister me and other students from her class as we didn't do a certain section of the exam as we didn't know anything about it because of her lack of teaching. The principle also threatened to deregister us as we going to bring down the pass rate of the matriculants. Is this something a principle should be saying to his students? My mom came to the school to resolve the issue and speak with the history teacher only for her to swear at my mom in her language and make a scene in front of the School. After the incident with the history teacher my mom wanted to speak to the principal and speak about the incident but he brushed her off and said his busy she must make an appointment in order to speak to him. The Department of Education came to the school and my mom and I told them what's going on. They said they'll handle the situation but nothings been done. Right now, most history learners are failing because of this teacher and our future is being played with. Is this the justice we deserve from the Department of Education?
