Very bad communication between school and parents

Goeie dag, ek sal ook hier in Engels skryf...<br> <br> Hoekwil skool is a very great school and we have just had a new principal elected, he is doing a great job there so far...however the communication between the school and parents and vice-versa is absolutely shocking. For example, meetings are held and schedules are made and parents are either left in the dark about exact times, dates, itinery of what is going to happen on which day, etc or notices or favours are asked right at the last minute in a rush...it is dismal and is getting worse by the week and month now. <br> <br> The person who is supposed to give messages to the principal and send out messages and schedules needs to ensure that messages, schedules, etc are made well in advance, for example there was an election for the parents school governing body this past week, now I wasn't there becos I only heard of the meeting last minute - remember that parents too have jobs and other meetings to attend for business, personal, ect.<br> <br> Currently the communication is very very bad and getting worse.Something needs to be done and a proper, dedicated person must handle this function daily, weekly, monthly, yearly!
