ARROGANT ATTITUDE

We booked and fully paid for the lodge only to be advised on arrival (after travelling for 6 hours) that the owner had double-booked. We were downgraded to a smaller lodge without any consultation or enquiries if this was acceptable to us. The owner's attitude was \The Estate is full and I am in Johannesburg what do you propose I do."The Estate management undertook to investigate but to date we have not heard a word from them.
