I ordered an item from their website on 11 June 2019. The website says items will be delivered the same day if orders are placed before 15:00. I have not received the item, and have tried following-up with the company without getting the product. I even spoke with someone called Tim and he said he would check their system but he hasn't responded since then. Calls to his number don't get answered.
