VERY POOR SERVICE

I am at my wit's end now with this company they are deducting every month but when it comes to us wanting to make another loan they always not answering their phones and when they do they are so rude since last week we are trying to call they just do not answer and after numerous calls they rep**** on WhatsApp that they are upgrading their systems today we are trying to call again and still no answer they are acting as if they are doing us a favour while we are paying back the money every month this service is VERY VERY poor and so shocking actually I don't even have a word for this VERY POOR SERVICE!!!!!!!!
