Htm loans useless

Please could someone help me i app**** for a loan with htm loans but when they sent me documents i never signed anyrhing and i declined the loan. No money was paid into my account and i didnt take any money now i get a sms saying they will be deducting my account on 25 April 2018 for 914.78 . I must make sure theres enough money . Please rectify this error on your side as i will not be having any funds and am not paying for something i didnt take. This company clearly doesn't do their job they just automatically want to take money from people . Check if they took the loan before you just take money. Fix this please or i will take it further. My id is ********** 306083. Pathetic
