No customer service means no customers to service!

2 stars because their fitment team is great but, while the fitters are amazing and the value is there, the customer service from their representative is non existent and it has cost the company all our future business. The way she talked to my business partner on our previous project with them was unacceptable and, when we decide to give them a 2nd chance on our new project, she just didn't bother to get back to me. No customer service means no customers to service.
