BAD WORKMANSHIP

HMD QUALITY PROJECTS is No Good!!! After sales service Sucks!!! Poor Workmenship!!! An Absolute No Go!!! HMD sprayed my roof and did my gutters. Roof paint fainted. After numerous phone calls to Derrick and 5 Scheduled Appointments, they dropped off 1 worker at 19h00 in the evening. We phoned and told Derrick it is dark and he must send his workers during office hours. Another lot of phone calls later they dropped off 1 worker with a tin of paint and a brush. Needless to say, the colour does not match!! We phoned him 3 times today to pick up his worker as it is FREEZINGLY COLD, but he does not answer. I've even sent an sms which shows delivered - it is now dark and HMD'S worker is still sitting outside. If this is the way they treat their staff and customers, I will go out of my way to name and shame them. SO MUCH FOR A 15 YEAR GUARANTEE?
