Disappointed Client

I have experienced a disappointing situation with this organisation, The person from this organisation, I paid him a lot of money, 70% deposit to commence work and buy the required materials for my kitchen renovation. Work commenced around 9 May 2024 and was given a contract that the work would be completed in 5 to 13 days or less, on the first day he came with a lot of workers to remove the existing kitchen, and which caused a huge mess with rubble and dirt dumped on my property, the next few days he brings in different electricians, tilers, plumbers as he does not pay them, one of the workers came to collect his tools and I asked him why is he taking the tools as the job is not complete, he responded that he was not not paid and when he asked the organisation for his money he was told that they don't have money to pay him, hence using different workers. Then he disappears for a week saying he is cutting the carcases for the kitchen and then another excuse that they were incorrectly cut and need a few more days, they are unresponsive to messages, and I was left to clean up the mess that was caused by this organisation which costed me more money to complete the job on my own, they also asked for more money from the balance of the 30% to complete another job that is not even mine. It's going to be almost two months and I have not received my refund.
