WORST/NON-EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I visited an H&M store in East rand mall. I spent 30min on the sales floor trying to find a clothing item I saw on their window display but no one was on the sales floor to assist me or he rest of he customers that were in that store, instead the kind gentleman that works as a security officer saw I was at that moment upset, offered to assist me.

Everytime I visit the store, there aren't any sales assistants on the floor. The customer service is none existent! It is by far the worst experience I've had. I went out of the store without the clothing items I was looking for and went to purchase at Foschini instead.

So dear H&M kindly note that you have lost a loyal customer in me.
