Worst retail store

I was so disappointed in H n M service in rosebank mall. They allowed us into the shop to do shopping not even 5 minutes later I attempted to fit on a few items but was rudely admonished that the store was closed and I was not allowed to fit on. If stores feel they don't want to allow customers to fit on then they should close their doors 15 minutes before closing time. Bad experience ,bad service , rude staff
