Worst quality of service received

<p>I purchased a couple of clothing otems from the h & m in east rand mall the day it had opened.... including 3 pairs of socks that were 3 for 2. I asked cashier if she had charged that and she said yes but when i got home i noticed i was charged for all 3 pairs so there was and stil is no contact number for east rand store, so contacted head office and send them picture of socks as well as receipt. They said the store will get back to me in few days but its almost 3 weeks an no response.</p> <p>So yesterday was at the Sandton city store and explained to them and showed them the receipt but the female manager that had been there was extremely rude and said that i must go to east rand of i want my money back and they are not woolworths or edgars and that she will call the police and have me atrested since she didnt want to refund me my R50..... i never knew that your managers own the store.</p> <p>I will never go back to any H&M store in this country.</p> <p>I've been to soo many oversees and was never treated like that....</p> <p>South Africas staff at H&M think they own the store.</p> <p> </p>
