Worst Experience Ever at H&M Somerset Mall

<p>I went to H&M at Somerset Mall over the weekend, on Sunday to be precise. My partner and I (alongwith two kids) purchased 13 items including a handbag. when we got to the exit , the doors had been closed as it was already 5pm, the secuirity guards [without explaining or informing us] just dipped into the large paper bag and started taking out EACH and EVERY item we had. These were now 3 security guards going through one lousy bag, they took out the slip and started comparing some numbers to ones on the slip which some they could not identify. My issue is, if you going to be doing checks, why bother putting up beams at your stores... I hardly go to Mr. Price because of such behaviour, we now have to feel embarrassed as every passer-by ASSUMES we have ****** goods, more especially because we are black and rather look ODD!. now eventually this interrogation was done as two staff members were standing there as well, the goods were all stuffed into this one small handbag and the bag was placed into the paper bag in a rather disgusting and care-free manner. </p>
