Worst customer service ever experienced

<p>The lack of customer service is shocking for such a big brand like H&M.</p> <p> H&M at Mall of Africa just wanna comment on the service I received in your store 15min ago. I went in looking for a specific item that is being advertised in billboards and social media. I first tried looking on my own and I gave up, searched for staff "on the floor" and there was nobody, I only bumped into a lady on my way to the fitting rooms because that is where I saw a "potential" H&M staff member because the visibly ones were at the tills helping customers/taking our money. I then approached this lady whom I greeted and asked if does she work here? Then she said yes. I then showed her what I was looking for and she asked me to follow her, as I followed her she saw a colleague of hers and wanted to hand me over to him so she could go for her tea break, this guy refused and said it's his tea time. We walked around the floor and she asked another colleague of hers for the person that was "responsible" for the section of the item I was looking for then someone responded "she's helping out in the fitting rooms". We continued walking around the shop looking for this item and she declared "NOT YET RECEIVED" in the store, she than decided to stop, to my surprise where she stopped it was where this item was. I said to her excuse me I just want to check this one behind you...to my surprise it was it.
