Very poor customer Service

<p>I purchased a tights from H & M in Sandton City 4days ago, Today I went back to store to refund it as woolworth has the better quality one. I had the slip and the tight still is in the original package ( untouched).</p> <p>The lady whose name was Olga Ndessabeka refused to refund and she said tighs consider as underwear!!</p> <p>On H&M slip it is never mentioned that tights are consider as underwear therefore you cannot refund it !! also on your tight package it is not mentioned that this is consider as underwear, so if H&M invent new concept at least they should let customer know on the slip that they don't refund thights.</p> <p>Olga Ndessabeka said people might wear this without underwear that is why we dont refound, this is so silly, the tights is tights and not underwear if she wears it without underwear then is her silly poor understanding of clothing plus the tights was still in original package untouched and my slip was in my hand.</p> <p>I went to woolworths after that and I asked them if they refund thights and they said yes and everyone shocked by H&M silly understanding of Clothing.</p> <p> </p> <p>You definatley loose your customers. Many stores were closed down in SA. You need to train your stuff and should't hire people with no understanding of clothing.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
