Unprofessional Employees

H&M Mall of Africa - I was in the fitting room this afternoon (Sunday 7 September) at Mall of Africa. Needed someone to help get a different size for me, I heard 3 employees talking outside the fitting. Greeted them and ask if they can help, the H&M employees (Gugu, Nomaphelo and Lindiwe) proceeded to bicker loudly about who should help me.

I did not call anyone by name nor did I ask anyone specific to help I thought since they are employees anyone can help. After a couple of minutes one came to ask if she can help. I was already getting dressed to go look for a different size because clearly non of them wanted to help

I went to find the manager who refused to tell me her because apparently H&M policy doesn't allow employees specifically store managers to give out their names, which I found laughable.

Those 3 ladies in the fitting rooms are very unprofessional. I do not need an apology but I'm writing this so that hopefully the company can educate and train them on customer service and professionalism.
