Unacceptable service

Very disappointing service I received at h & m mall of the South. Went to exchange the item is in good condition and had the receipt with. When I got to the till the cashier was very resistant to do the exchange and told me to go to the store I made the purchase but his colleague advise him to call the store I made the purchase. We send all the details to them and waited for them to make a print out of my receipt. That took an hour and during that time I was advise to just stand at the till point. When I asked for updates I got yelled at and phone was shaved at my face showing me they have not responded. I was sent from pillar to post without any assistance. I'm shocked at how I was treated and that client service I received was so disrespectful.
