Treated like a ******** resulting to my handbag damages

I am very disappointed on how I was treated in Fourways, power went off while in the store. A man security demanded to search my personal bag instead of suggesting a lady in the store or a lady security to search my bag he ********** my handbag only when I raised this for him to get a lady rather to search it and the damage on my handbag was done . Pathetic and will never shop at your store ever again!
