Theft of cellphone in Store

<p>I had gone with my little sister to the store. The isles are so narrow and there are so many people - In the crowd, someone had opened my Sisters handbag, unzipped it and taken her iPhone. When this was discovered, we had gone to view the security footage. However, there was no record of my sister even entering the store. The footage was useless. H&M further took no responsibility for what had happened in the store. Further, they informed me that a simi**** incident had happened earlier in the week as well. Is this appropriate for H&M to take no responsibility especially if there was an earlier incident. Why should I visit a store where I cant shop in a safe environment, and H&M not doing anything about it!</p> <p> </p> <p>I will never visit the store again, and I will recommend to others not to visit the store either!!! it is not a safe shopping environment.</p>
