Terrible Service

<p>I went to h&M on Saturday and purchased items for my daughter which she did not like ,so the following day i returned the items so my daughter could shop online for herself .Thy took the clothes back n said they were reversing the funds back to my cheque card which was on Sunday .Thy did not bother to inform me it would not reflect immediately ,the girl at the till said it will reflect immediately but it dd not so i asked her which she then called her manager who then said very casually it will take 2-3 days for the money to reflect which i think is bull **** since thy took the money from my account why cnt thy reverse it immediatly or do a cash refund .i found that totally pathertic and till today i have not received that money in my account and its day 3 full now .Im so appauled and i will make sure never to shop there again or noone in my family or my friends </p>
