Terrible Customer Service at H&M Somerset Mall

<p>Thursday 1st Dec asked a gentlemen working at the tills to keep a clothing garment till the next evening. He took my details and the garment and assured me it will be put aside till the next evening. Friday 2nd Dec aprox 17:30 I was back at the till point and asked for the garment. It was no longer there! On Thursday that garment was its last of its kind and just my size. After hearing that it was no longer there I went to the clothing rack where I had found it hoping that if they put it back on the rack that I would find it. I found the same garment but 2 sizes bigger! I then took it back to the till ladies incase they can find it knowing exactly how it looks like. I then spoke to the superviser and she double checked. And still nothing! They didnt seem bothered about it. The superviser was the only one to say she was sorry but did nothing more about it. They could have gone through more effort like call a H&M nearby and hear if they have stock. All of this could have been prevented just by keeping the garment for me till the next day like I asked or even calling me because they had my number if they decided now that they would like to put it back on the shelf. I am gravely dissapointed.</p>
