Sympathetic and helpful

<p>Sunday afternoon 2016-09-18</p> <p>I lost my slip for some items I needed to return to H&M. They could not refund me without it, but they made a special effort to retrieve a copy from their own system.</p> <p>Roy asked us to wait a few minutes while he went to look in the office. When it took longer than that he sent Edgar to apologise and ask us if we would continue to wait. Finally Tebiso came to search through all the till systems individually until at last he found it on the third try. </p> <p>Thank you so much for taking me seriously and putting in extra effort to help.</p>
