STILL WAITING FOR MY MONEY

I am absolutely disappointed and frustrated with the accounts service from H&M, I returned clothes to the value of R499 on the 6th of January 2016, it is now the 27th and I have still not received my money back!!!! Encase it may be an error on my part I have phoned H&M several times and they keep taking my details and say they will get back to me - but to this day I have still hear nothing and have no idea when I will be getting my money back!!! Maybe now they can let me please know what is going on and when I will be reimbursed!!!
