Shocking Service from H&M at Eastgate

We had such ********** shocking treatment at the H&M clothing store by one of the cas registers as well as the store manager. They even refused to give their names and were not wearing name badges. We know H&M’s from Europe where we lived. We loved the store and particularly shop there for men’s clothes and children clothes. Lots of our friends also buy there. The rudeness and act of helplessness from the store manager was shocking. I will never shop at H&M again. We wanted to exchange 2 item’s and wanted to buy R6000.00 worth of clothing. Needless to say we left without buying anything. They are not interested in business and definitely not at all in customer service. There are plenty of stores to buy from. I will much rather shop at Woolworths, Zara, Soda Bloc, Truworths children clothing, Earthchild, Naartjie etc. H&M will never receive business from me again. I have no words for them
