Shocking service and return policy

Terrible service at H&M Cavendish on Sunday 2nd August. Received a birthday gift send all the way from Durban via courier as lockdown with assurance that could exchange. Lady at till was rude, unhelpful and refused to exchange even with origonal tag and packaging and clearly unworn. I left without anything not even the gift I went into the store to exchange! So basically they kept the money and the goods! App policy but unreasonable, rude and certainly will not be spending my money there again.
