Rude and Uncouth Bahavior!!!!!!!!!

<p>I was shopping with my sister at mall of Africa on Sunday, 5 march 2017.</p> <p>I was walking very slowly behind my sister as I just had a operation 2 weeks ago. I had a few dresses in my hand and my sister saw a dress in front of her and started to walk towards it and followed her to get it and go to pay , a staff member that was setting the clothes pops her head out and says to my sister we are closed , Do you want to stay with us ? My sister took it as a joke and laugh though she was trying to be funny and said we going to pay and at that time it was 7:55pm to be accurate , then when we took that dress to pay she shouts out I said we are closed yourl need to go, the security is coming from the bottom saying we cnt go this side it's closed I said we going to pay he says the are closed , I was very upset I said I will report yourl ! The tills was still open I had to leave what I had in my hand and walk out. As we walking out she is busy talking to her friend in her language. That's ****ed me of more and you know when someone is talking about you with the eye contact.</p> <p>I used to work retail and all my staff understood what's customer service they where trained to make customers happy and they understood once the customer in the store you wait for them to be done then you start to close, they dnt behave like that at the Clearwater branch should I say not that I experienced yet! </p> <p>To me, clearly people that I not s****ed and don't have simple manners you get when growing up was hired. People that Dnt love they jobs, which makes it difficult for people that like to shop as H & M is a fairly new store in South Africa. </p> <p>Which makes it difficult for people like me that love to shop at mall of Africa and I Dnt live around the corner I come from the west rand almost every weekend to shop , it's just what you prefer you won't mind driving so far! </p> <p> </p> <p>Which also give Mall of Africa a bad name! </p> <p> </p> <p>Im so upset I do not mind coming in to showing you who was those unmanned people. You could also check by checking who worked the upper section (female section) and which security was on dutie on Sunday the 5 March . For they Rude and Uncouth Behavior!!!</p>
