Ridiculous return policy!

Approximately three weeks ago, I made a purchase at the pavilion branch. The items were two t shirts of the same size - this is my first complaint 1. Why is there such a big discrepancy in sizes meant to be the same? When I tried on one tshirt in my son it fit and I threw the slip away. Only to see that the other tshirt was slightly smaller. My attempts to change this were resulted a wasted trip to the pavilion as I was told that I needed the slip or to remember the amount that I made the purchase for and date and time(what a joke) p.s I had chosen a tshirt of the exact same size and price of the one I wished to exchange. I was told to call the customer care only to be told the same thing.....more of my time wasted. I do not have this kind of time or patience.....I will not shop at this store again and certainly would not recommend it to anyone else.
