Refund me please,,.....................................

I made a purchase at H&M Sandton on 21 May 2023. the gentleman struggled to get my card to connect, he tried a number of times and I told him that it had gone through twice, he said it will reverse, I told him I doubted it but never the less it was done, I checked my account today and it went through twice, R 958. I tried to call the 0860 number however you get connected and hold for over 20 min just to listen to music and have you monies for the call lost as no one answers, Can you guys please refund me
