****** and attitude

Last week I received a gift jacket from H& M it's a little bit bigger so I went to V&A for an exchange I had no gift receipt ..the lady who was helping me for the smaller size said I can exchange without receipt not refund I said OK better ...but we didn't find the size so I said to her I'll exchange in Canal walk she said OK. So today I went there I spoke to the manager from the Lady's section and the guy that is cashier his name is Mogamat...i told her about my situation she said she can't make an exchange without last week I was in V&A they said I can why they have different policy.. She said I got the wrong information they don't do that..I ask the guy to call V&A coz they thought I was lying or maybe I stole the item but anyway he came back saying they don't as well . So my whole point is they are rasist ofcoz since I'm an African not coloured or white..cos I drove from strand now they telling me to go back to waterfront again ...so its bad service ,attitude and ****** and its unacceptable.. Coz the item had price tag in good condition as well
