Racially profiled as a ******** at H&M

I was racially profiled and wrongfully searched at the H&M in Somerset Mall, Western Cape and when I escalated the issue to their customer service they completely dismissed me stating that they had a footage of me setting off the beepers which is a complete lie as I had not even reached the beeper when the guy firstly failed to introduce himself and state his reason for going through my bags. I was the one who asked him why he did not wait for me to set off the beeper if he had any suspicions. Mind you the guys was not even in a security uniform which I would have at least understood. They claim he was following procedure after I set off the beeper and thus I have demanded the footage as they are clearly covering for the man's behaviour. As if it isn't enough that as a black female we get followed around at H&M now they boldly search us for no reason and make false statements to cover up for the behvaiour.
